The Odyssey Plan: A Brand Strategy Masterclass
With Sasha Strauss
You have built a business. What story will define your next chapter?
Your company's brand tells one story. Your experience, values and ambitions may tell another. How do you bring them together and communicate what matters now?
Join brand strategist and educator Sasha Strauss for a six-session masterclass connecting corporate brand strategy with personal leadership, storytelling and executive presence. Designed for experienced entrepreneurs, the series moves from understanding your company's positioning to articulating who you are beyond your title and what you want your next chapter to represent.
This is a working series, not a succession of lectures. Through brand audits, visual exercises, peer feedback and live discussion, you will examine your own business and personal narrative, test assumptions and refine how you communicate your value.
What you will work on
Corporate brand foundations
Examine your existing brand assets and how others interpret them. Map your competitive landscape, explore generative AI as a tool for pressure-testing positioning, and identify questions or gaps that deserve closer investigation.
Personal presence and narrative
Shift from the company's positioning to your own identity as a leader. Explore the experience, perspective and contribution that distinguish you, and practice translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories.
Peer refinement and application
Present and refine personal brand statements with fellow members, then explore individual questions through live office hours and discussion with Sasha. A short, five-minute reflection video brings the work together around your brand's central challenge, your identity beyond your company and the legacy story you want to articulate.
The six-session learning journey
The curriculum progresses through Brand Analysis & Peer Audit, Competitive Architecture, Shifting the Executive Focus, Doodling Key Ideas, Collaborative Peer Breakouts, and Live Office Hours & Q&A.
The emphasis is on applying the work to your own circumstances, not completing lengthy academic assignments. Come ready to contribute, question and refine.
