EO Diamond Bridge Chapter

A chapter without borders.

Diamond Bridge is a home for tenured EO leaders living globally connected lives — operators, nomads, and cultural bridges who've already shaped EO on the regional or global stage. Two flagship retreats a year, a forum built around your time zone, and a small, deliberate community of peers you'll actually want to text at 2am from Zurich.

Meet Diamond Bridge.

Who belongs

Built for leaders with a global life.

This is a chapter for people whose EO story already crosses borders. Membership is assessed by our Membership Committee and Board against three lenses:

Tenure

A minimum of 5 years in EO in good standing. Alumni who left in good standing after 5+ years may also be eligible — even if the business has been sold.

Leadership

T1 or T2 Regional or Global leadership. T3 leaders and chairs of qualifying Regional or Global programs may also qualify with demonstrated global engagement or Leadership Academy attendance.

Global Mindset

A global business, life, or worldview — international operations, intercultural partnerships, a nomadic or multi-country lifestyle, or an avid interest in global affairs.
