The Diamond Experience

A room where nobody needs you to explain the time difference.

Fifteen years in EO and you still do not know what to do about your brother in the business.

Tenure makes the questions better.

Who the Diamond Chapter serves

The EO Pacific Diamond Bridge Chapter is built for peers at that stage. Learning that reaches past the business, and relationships that make room for a life lived across borders.

Tenured EO member leaders whose businesses, families and lives span the world. Our priority: build a global chapter of tenured leaders where we connect, grow and contribute.

How connection works across time zones

The chapter is virtual by design. Sessions are scheduled around where members actually are.

Forum placement

Every member joins a global forum, virtual by design and scheduled around the time zones of the people in it. Some forums add in-person retreats. Others stay fully virtual.

You share your preferences when you join. The Membership team helps with fit. If a suitable place is not open yet, they will say so.

Learning formats

Learning events focus on personal growth, wellness, life planning and global lifestyle. Formats vary by session so the shape fits the subject.

In-person experiences

Twice a year the chapter gathers in person. Retreats are planned around existing regional and global events so they fold into travel you have already booked.

Ways to contribute

Offer your expertise, suggest a session, or make an introduction. There is a route for each of those, and the chapter runs on members who use them.
