Diamond Bridge Learning | Four live online sessions | 24 November 2026 to 6 January 2027
Engineering Wellbeing: The Human Performance System
A Sleep Strategy Masterclass with Dr. Paul Rochon, Ph.D.
Build a better understanding of the person behind the performance.
You have spent years building your business. How deliberately have you designed the sleep, energy and daily rhythms that sustain you?
Join cognitive neuroscientist Dr. Paul Rochon for an immersive workshop series exploring how sleep, biological rhythms, stress and environment shape personal and professional performance. Moving beyond general wellbeing advice, the series focuses on practical tools you can apply to your routines, relationships and working life.
Across four live sessions, explore how to improve your sleep environment, manage energy more intentionally, protect focus and align daily activities with your natural rhythms. Discover how light, food, recovery and psychological state fit into the picture, and how personal wellbeing connects with leadership and company performance.
What you will explore
Sleep and recovery
Understand sleep cycles, bedtime routines, social jet lag and the environmental factors that influence sleep quality.
Rhythm and energy
Explore chronobiology and chrono-psychology, including how your individual patterns can inform the timing of work, meals, rest and demanding activities.
Focus, stress and resilience
Practice approaches to relaxation, breathing, emotional regulation and building more supportive daily habits.
From personal wellbeing to company performance
Examine how working patterns, boundaries and human factors affect the way you lead and the environment you create for others.
Learning that continues between sessions
The series begins with a three-hour workshop, followed by three 90-minute sessions. Discussion, practical exercises and personal action planning create opportunities to apply the ideas between meetings and return with questions grounded in your own experience.
The aim is not simply to know more about wellbeing. It is to identify useful changes you can make in your life and bring into your organization.
